教师信息

个人简介

章文明,1988年9月生,理学博士,教授,硕士生导师。入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、江苏省科技副总、999全讯白菜网青年才俊拓原工程;担任中国生物工程学会一碳生物技术专委会委员、中国化工学会生物化工青年委员会委员,期刊Front Bioeng Biotech客座副主编和编委、Green Carbon和Biodesign Research青年编委、《生物学杂志》编委。

长期从事一碳原料的高效生物转化、功能酵母细胞工厂的构建与调控等研究。主持国家自然科学基金(3项)、国家重点研发计划子课题(2项)等纵向项目10余项,主持企业合作项目3项,多项技术已实现产业化应用。以第一或通讯作者在生物工程领域权威期刊 Trends Biotechnol、Chem Eng J、Green Chem、ACS Synth Biol、Biotechnol Bioeng 等发表SCI论文54篇,中文核心4篇,其中中科院一区论文19篇;申请中国发明专利27项,授权13项。担任生物工艺学课程群负责人,主持课程思政示范项目、公司产品改革课题等4项,发表教改论文2篇;参编“十四五”普通高等教育本科系列教材《生物质利用原理与技术》、《微生物与人类》、《生物资源学导论》,译著《图解生物技术》,专著《木质纤维素生物炼制原理与技术》,英文专著2部;受邀参加国内外高水平学术会议并做重要报告十余次。
